My name is Patrice Sanford, and I am a young author. I have
always enjoyed writing and I dream of being able to take my writing to a higher
level when I grow up. I aspire to be a film producer, director, and script
writer.
My writing influences are Suzan Collins, S.E. Hinton, and
Christopher Paul Curtis. I like to read and write Realistic Fiction and
Historical Fiction books. Ever since I was young, I have had a keen interest in
literature and writing. The two are my strong suits and I take pride in them.
I have written many short stories, but as of now, I have one
published; Kenya’s Missing Book. It is a children’s book promoting teamwork and
compromising. Without teamwork, Kenya J. Thomas wouldn’t have found her book.
Her and her friends looked everywhere to find it, and had to change their
technique multiple times, until Kenya’s favorite book was found.
